David Walsh-Little started this law office to provide high-quality legal representation to persons charged with crimes in federal and state courts. David graduated from Fordham University and Columbia University School of Law, both in New York City. During law school, David interned for civil rights lawyer, William M. Kunstler, who taught him the importance of providing zealous, client-centered, representation for people accused of crimes.
David’s first job as an attorney was with the Legal Aid Society in the Bronx representing indigent criminal defendants. Since moving to Maryland, he started and ran a grass-roots inner-city law office, the Sowebo Center for Justice. He also spent over a decade with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender representing defendants in state court, including three years as the chief of the felony trial division in their Baltimore City Office. For over four years, he represented defendants in federal court in Maryland, as an assistant federal public defender.
These collective experiences are unmatched and shape the wisdom, skill, and tenacity that David brings to every client’s case. To follow is a partial list of David’s prior cases.
